Who got this started?

“Let’s Go Trinidad and Tobago” is the brainchild behind this tour. They’re in the business of using creative design and innovation to brand and promote local lifestyle, especially via fashion tours. “Let’s Go Trinidad and Tobago” will host its 5th fashion touring partnership with “Trinidad Weddings” on Saturday 27th May 2017.

Trinidad Weddings is the exclusive authority on weddings locally and for those who want a destination wedding here. Trinidad Weddings is the #1 wedding brand featuring a local wedding website, wedding magazine – the TW Wed-Zine, wedding network for vendors, wedding column and a wedding consultant service for brides.

What’s the tour about?

The bridal fashion tour offers a refreshing insight to the “destination wedding” market and bridal fashion. Patrons who take the tour can appreciate a variety of styles ranging from contemporary, vintage, unconventional and Indian bridal fashion and accessories.


The star-studded fashion designer cast includes A-list names like:

1. Neha Dawar of the fashion label Neha Karina. Neha offers Indo Trinidadian designs in lavish silks and intricate embellishments. Her boutique is also a one stop shop for makeup, hairdressing and styling services for the bride and her bridal party. In addition, honeymooners and guests can find modern Indo Trinidadian resort wear to attend the destination wedding at Neha Karina..

2. Charu Lochan Dass of the fashion house CLD – A London College of Fashion graduate, is our second fashion stop. She is bringing her latest collection in resort bridal wear to the group. Her pieces also range from prêt a porter to resort for jet-setter couples who are interested in stylish outfits for their vow renewals.

3. Neil Young’s bridal boutique is the 3rd stop. He is a famed Monday Wear designer and will now be showcasing his designer skills to the bridal world. He will be accommodating Darcel D. Vlugt of House of VanderVlugt who will debut her VDV Accessories line of Swarovski and pearl statement collections for the destination wedding bride and guest.

4. Meiling Esau of Meiling Inc. Meiling will be the 4th stop. She is a veteran in the bridal industry and is known for her exceptional vision in design and her chic Caribbean esthetic and timeless resort wear. Stylist, Stephanie Ramlogan will be on hand to guide patrons through Meiling’s destination wedding ensembles. Sanian Lewis will be available with her “pop up” display for her brand Sanianitos – with tropical-inspired floral crowns and sunglasses perfect for any bride’s dream destination wedding and honeymoon.

When does the tour start?

This bridal fashion tour departs at 11:30 a.m for a fun-filled fashion afternoon and returns to its drop off point at 4:00 p.m. Patrons will be treated to complimentary refreshments, discounted designer shopping, meet and greet with designers, Trinidad Weddings’ magazines, professional photography by fashion, weddings and events photographer Lem Joseph, fashion games, prizes and lots more surprises.

Ok, I’m excited now, how can I get my ticket?

Persons interested in booking their seat on the bridal fashion tour can contact for tickets. The cost of a single booking is TT$300 per person. The cost of double booking is TT$250 per person. This all inclusive affair will be the first of its kind to the destination weddings landscape in Trinidad and Tobago. There is limited seating so patrons are reminded to book early.
