“Gustavo and I first met 3 years ago but were just friends for the first year. A year later, we got together and it has been an adventure of love and happiness since. We wanted our wedding to be an integration of Gustavo’s Venezuelan traditions like “Hora Loca” and Trinidadian traditions like “Brown girl in the ring,” as I come from a fairly large family, which has a few traditions of its own that we wanted to be part of our special day”

One of the wedding’s 3 caterers, was Le Moulin.

 

Le Moulin is a mature Catering Service provider, established since 2004 and managed by Edison Thomas. Located on the hillside of Cascade in Port of Spain, Le Moulin has delivered and executed impeccable functions, with gourmet customized menus, to please each client’s needs. Edison’s passion to cook stemmed from his parents’ influence, whom he emulated during his upbringing, as they entertained and kept many family traditions alive, with food. Embracing that foundation, he has enhanced and still works on perfecting these family recipes, which now translate into his signature dishes.

Edison’s operation also includes the skill set of professional Chef Giselle Archer, graduate  of ICE Manhattan. Combining their expertise, Le Moulin has captured many major events of Zen Night Club, including their grand opening, two New Year’s Eve celebrations, celebrity concerts such as: Lionel Richie, Roberta Flack, Dionne Warwick and Jeffery Osborne and corporate events such as the historic launch of the BMW 1 Series, where the vehicle was hoisted up to the Zen rooftop.  

At present, Le Moulin continues to provide their fine services to corporate and private customers, giving the added touches of detail and personalization. You can also catch Edison in-person, as the featured Chef of the Pop Up B3 Sunday Brunches at the Normandie Hotel.
