MillHouse – Made To Measure

On November 19, 2015 was invited to the Media Mixer for the “Made To Measure” (MTM) offering from menswear label, Millhouse.

If you’re wondering what “made to measure is” – it’s a process where garments/suits are made to order, based on patterns. These patterns are changed to accommodate your body, for example, the width of your shoulders, or even jacket length. MTM also offers men a choice on buttons, interior lining, lapel and choice of vents (slits to the back of the jacket) to name a few.

Millhouse is a dynamic husband and wife team led by Coline and Gregory Mills. Together they are blazing a path for Caribbean luxury in the form of menswear. They’ve just returned from training in London at the London College of Fashion and at the prestigious Savile Row Training Academy, respectively.

Coline and Gregory took great care to explain their process and fabrication to me. Their passion and commitment to quality was infectiously inspiring to be around! I have no doubt they will change the landscape of menswear in Trinidad & Tobago and beyond.

Their initial MTM offering is in collaboration with Johnnie Walker Blue Label; so it’s no surprise that it’s called the “Blue Label Capsule Collection” with suits from USD $1000. For further enquiries you can contact
